Guilt Free Comfort Food!!!

Ingredients:
8 oz 95%-lean ground beef 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced 
1 red bell pepper, chopped 
1 green pepper, chopped 
¼ tsp caraway seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1½ tsp hot cherry pepper
1 lb tenderloin steak, trimmed and chopped into 1-inch pieces
¼ tsp ground cumin 
1½ tsp paprika 
2 tbsp tomato paste 
4 oz tomato sauce 
15-oz can reduced-sodium red kidney beans, undrained
Directions:
Cook ground beef in a large saucepan, then remove, draining fat. Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes or until onions are soft. Add red and green peppers, caraway and cumin seeds, and crushed red pepper; stir well. Add remaining ingredients, along with cooked ground beef, and simmer 20–25 minutes. Serve.
